      During the maintenance window, planned work will be performed on the Mission Control Portal and Phone
        infrastructure.
      
 
      Open Systems Customer Portal
      
      The Open Systems Customer Portal will not be available during this time.
      
 
      Open Systems Mission Control Telephone/email
      
      There will be a brief 1-minute window around 14:00 CET where Mission Control will not be
        reachable via telephone. Inbound email to Mission Control will not be affected, and will be continuously
        monitored.
      
 
      Monitoring
      
      Monitoring remains active during the maintenance window, although availability of such information to
        customers is affected by scheduled downtime for the Customer Portal. Should you experience any issue with your
        service, please escalate it to Open Systems Mission Control via phone or email.
      
 
      Configuration changes
      
      Implementation of configuration change requests will be postponed until the end of the maintenance window.
        We appreciate your patience and understanding.
      
 
      Availability of your Mission Control Services
      
      NDR alerts may be delayed during the maintenance window. No other dedicated Mission Control Services
        will be affected.
